christine nakaoka brings 20 years of retail imaging and design experience to nakaoka / roberts. as vice president of store design at bergdorf goodman and estee lauder corporations and as a creative director at some of the industry's top firms, christine is renowned for conceptualizing and managing innovative projects for luxury retailers and leading consumer and fashion retailers throughout the u.s., europe and japan. christine holds a degree in architecture.

among many projects for bergdorf goodman (in-house and as a consultant), christine both spearheaded the creation of the innovative lower level beauty department and designed the men's store.

in addition to her expertise in luxury retail, she has brought exciting new ideas to a wide range of retail environments. for ann taylor loft's times square flagship store, christine, with the help of 40,000 light bulbs, magically infused the environment with the glamour and excitement of broadway.
